Refund Policy

At Born Wild Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things don't work out, our refund policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
 

 

1. Return and Refund Window
 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria
 

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

     

3. Non-Returnable Items
 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).

  • Personalized or custom-made clothing.

  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

     

4. The Refund Process
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Born Wild Clothing will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact our support team.
